Staffworks is Hiring a Bookeeper Near Westport, CT
Our client is a family owned high end luxury brand that has been in business for over 60 years. They are looking for a Bookkeeper to join their growing team!
Responsibilities :
- Assist with the daily upkeep of QuickBooks files.
- Weekly reporting.
- Filing / Reorganization of filing system.
- Filing / Reorganization of backup materials.
- Invoice / Payment tracking.
- Answering and routing phone calls.
Qualifications :
- Basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks experience needed.
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
- Strong clerical skills required.
- Debts / Credits experience a plus.
- 2 years accounting experience.
Schedule :
Hybrid - Onsite Tues / Wed / Thur
Pay Rate : $20 - $25 per hour
$20 - $25 per hour
